We enhanced your quoting view with two key updates designed to save you time and improve productivity, job management, and customer communication.

  1. Updated Supplier Quotes View: A revamped layout consolidates quote management with added functionality like quick action buttons (e.g., messaging, notes), detailed part-level visibility, and improved file handling to simplify workflows.
  2. New Insights Feature: Offers analytics on competitive quotes, pricing trends, lead times, and buyer-specific data, empowering suppliers with actionable insights to refine their quoting strategies.

These updates make quoting faster, easier, and more effective, helping suppliers stay competitive and productive.

What’s New?

Easy Access: Find all your quotes under the “Quotes” tab in the left-hand menu, within the RFQs dropdown

Filtered & Sorted Views: Effortlessly filter your quotes by status (e.g., Won, Lost, Viewed, etc.) to identify those that need follow-up or additional action. Sort quotes and RFQs by newest or oldest, or by highest or lowest price. These added features let you quickly prioritize and manage your quotes with ease.

 Take Action:

  • Click “View Quote Details” to expand the quote details and click “View Parts” to see the breakdown of parts
  • In the parts view, you can download files, check specifications, and view files directly on the platform.
  • Add custom notes for your company’s reference only, such as “Spoke with John on 11/18, he will follow up shortly,” or message buyers—all from the quote.

Insights at your fingertips:

  • Click “View Insights” to access key data that helps you adjust pricing, manage expectations, and prioritize actions. 
  • Track total quotes and average lead time quoted for each job, included with all paid plans.
  • For Premium users, additional insights are unlocked once a job is closed or awarded:
    • Pricing Insights: Compare how your quote stacks up against others.
    • Buyer Insights: Gain key details about the buyer to better tailor your approach and understand their behavior.
